Anthony Robbins What are the benefits of coaching?Coaching will get you to where you want to be quicker and easier than if you were to do it alone. Individuals are coached around a complex combination of skills and human capacities that are required of them in life, such as: managing and improving relationships; performance management; improving specific skills - image and presentation, social, communication, project and time management; life acumen, financial management, analytic and innovative thinking capacities, ability to inspire trust and commitment to action, rewards and acknowledgement and evoking ‘presence’. Coaching does not teach people how to live, it offers individually tailored tools that can empower them to be more effective in their lives so that they can achieve their dreams, deliver added value, inspire and empower others to do likewise and ultimately transform their experience of life. How do I know when to get a coach?When your life is already great and you want it to get even better! When you feel unhappy, stuck, lose control or can not get what you really want, are overwhelmed by too many options, need clarity, or have any love or relationship issue - that’s the time to get a coach. How, when and where do we meet for coaching?Individual or group coaching can be delivered face to face, on the phone, skype and by email; or in a format tailor-made to suit your needs. Usually sessions are up to 60 minutes, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Sometimes a client needs a whole day’s coaching for a major life-changing restructuring. Sometimes sessions are longer or shorter, more or less frequent. Each client’s needs vary - we tailor make each coaching package to suit your needs. Usually six, nine, or twelve sessions are booked to suit your needs. What happens in a coaching session?You will determine the topic and goal to be explored
